The health study scan gives us a baseline of your general health. We use this to map out a blueprint to build a healthy body. This helps us discover the root of any issues that may be presenting. This scan covers from head to lower abdomen. • Includes Breast and Chest Study • Sinuses • TMJ • Neck Pain • Acid Reflux • Lung Health • Upper Back Stress or Strain • Digestive Disorders • Lower Back Pain Special Instructions for Your Screening Requirements: 🚫 No Chemotherapy or radiation treatments three months before your imaging. 🚫 No breast biopsy for three months prior. 24 hours before your appointment: 🚫 Avoid exercise, swimming or heavy physical activity. 🚫 No massage or lymph treatments. 🚫 No chiropractic adjustments. 🚫 No saunas, steam baths or hot tubs, sunbathing. 🚫 No hot or cold packs. Day of Exam: 🚫 Avoid make-up. Oil-based products on the body will affect accurate detection by the camera. 🚫 No hot shower within 4 hours of imaging. 🚫 Avoid deodorant or creams on the skin, especially oils. 🚫 No sunburn or sunbathing- you will have to reschedule. 🚫 Do not shave the area to be imaged. 🚫 For head imaging, do not eat for at least 2 hours prior. 🚫 No gum chewing, hot or cold drinks 2 hours prior. You may have room temperature water. 🚫 Avoid A/C or heat in the car blowing directly on you. 📵 Avoid cell phone held up to face 1 hour before screening. 🚫 All jewelry that can be removed needs to be removed. It is best but not required, that you wear loose fitting clothing, nothing tight, if possible, no underwire bra. Again, this is not a requirement it just takes longer for your body to adjust when tight clothes are worn or an underwire bra.
